On April 12th, 2025, AYLUS organized an event called Art 4 Healing. It was a clinic where volunteers displayed their artwork to bring comfort and healing to patients and visitors. The project involved a lot of hard work, from planning and promotion to setting up the exhibition.
After we put up the posters, we got a lot of artwork from students through email. We picked the best pieces and asked the artists to frame their own work. Our volunteers then carefully arranged the exhibition area, making sure each painting was displayed in the best way possible. Every piece of artwork had a special meaning, bringing warmth and comfort to the patients and visitors. We counted the time spent creating and setting up the paintings as volunteer service hours to show how much we appreciated their contributions.
