AYLUS Basking Ridge held Tech Support program in Ridge Oak Senior Center on 3/24/25

Our AYLUS BR members helped several seniors with their questions about their emails and iphones.  Volunteers helped a senior learn features for calling on a phone such as blocking and saving numbers. They also helped another lady reorganize emails and share emails and messages to others. They helped her adjust to a new phone with settings and transferring information too. Our volunteers also helped with an Android system with Alexa. There is a draggable button that opens up Alexa screen when pressed, which had blocked the view of device. Volunteers tried their best, but couldn’t solve this problem
