On March 25th, AYLUS volunteers gathered at the storage space to clean, sort, and organize the materials and supplies left over from the Lunar New Year festival. The volunteers worked together to carefully pack away decorations, lanterns, and other items from the festive event, ensuring everything was neatly stored and ready for future use. They also took the opportunity to sort through any leftover items and assess what needed to be donated, recycled, or disposed of.
In addition to organizing, the volunteers were also busy preparing for the upcoming Easter Egg Hunt event. They began sorting the materials needed for the hunt, including the eggs, baskets, and other decorations that would make the event fun and engaging for the participants. They checked inventory, ensuring there were enough supplies for all the kids attending, and set up a system to streamline the egg-hiding process.
