On March 23, AYLUS members conducted a beach cleanup.
Beginning around the park areas, they found small pieces of litter and debris, sweeping across and tossing out a few discarded foods and bottles. They then circled down to the shore, digging out a few bottles and finding stray pieces of plastic and old tubes of sunscreen. Bagging the trash, they then scoured the parking lot for remaining food residue and stray bottles before throwing away their trash altogether.
