On Saturday, March 15, 2025, members of the AYLUS Phoenix branch packed food at Feed My Starving Children during a two-hour packing session. While some worked on scooping, sealing, and weighing ingredients, others took on roles in the warehouse where they delivered ingredients and taped boxes. At the end of the 2-hour session, they packed over 175 boxes of Mannapack Rice, the official food formula to be distributed, which equated to 37,800 meals to feed 104 kids for an entire year.
The AYLUS volunteers who participated in this event were Annie Chen, Sophia Chen, Ethan Wei, Yongfeng Chen, Abby Xie, and Lawrence Zhong.
