On March 15th, 2025, AYLUS members volunteered with Habitat for Humanity Inland Empire to help paint houses. After receiving safety instructions and a demonstration, members began painting right away—carefully outlining the edges of the house with brushes before using rollers to cover the larger areas. They split up and each member took responsibility for different walls of the house and the adjoining shed. Once the painting was complete, they cleaned up their supplies, tarps, and paper.
