Murrieta AYLUS Lends a Hand to The Little Garden of Hope Project (59th) (3/8/2025)

On March 8, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members returned to their garden work at Jacob’s House, eager to continue their routine of caring for and nurturing the garden. The day began with the team loosening up the soil in a garden bed, preparing it for the next phase of growth. They carefully transplanted strawberry and squash sprouts they had grown at home, ensuring each plant had enough space to thrive.

In addition to the planting, the members spent time pulling out weeds, keeping the garden beds tidy and free from any unwanted growth. They also applied fresh fertilizer to provide the plants with the nutrients they needed to flourish throughout the season.

As the day went on, the members excitedly harvested a variety of plants, adding even more to their collection of fresh, homegrown produce.
