On February 9th, AYLUS members had a local beach clean up. They started by the streets. where they made their way down to the upper park where they found paper scraps which and the remnants of a party. As they continued to the playground, they found a jar which they promptly put in the recycling. As they walked across the beach, they found more plastic as well as a shoe which they placed to the side. Finally, on their way back to the trash bins, they come across many tossed away aluminum cans behind a restaurant. The members quickly retrieved them.
