On Friday 1/17/25, two members of AYLUS Newtown and another presenter presented a tennis information session from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM at the Newtown Yardley Chinese School.
They presented on tennis during high school and possibilities at reaching the college level to play tennis. They also discussed the different rating systems in tennis field and how to raise one’s ranking. They shared information about nearby clubs such as their lessons, fees, and courts. Any questions asked by the attendees were answered thoroughly and with personal experience from the presenters. The event shared the possible resources and opportunities to engage in the game of tennis and improve upon it.
Members who participated were Kylee Guo (event leader), Eric Chen, and non-AYLUS member Xinni Wang, all for 1 hour.
