On Jan 18th, The Chapel Hill Branch launched a project where we attached our branch tag to handmade heart-shaped pillows. The idea for this project came from our member, Grace Gao, who wanted to find a creative way to share our mission with the community. The tags were designed by Luna Chen and Yi, and each one was carefully attached, adding a personal touch to every pillow.
By spreading these pillows around, we hope that more people will recognize our tag, learn about what we do, and be inspired to join us in our community service efforts. The tag is more than just a label – it’s a way for us to connect with others and show how, together, we can make our community a better place.
Volunteers who participated in this event were Luna Chen (1 hour) and Yi Lu (1 hour).
