Bernards PEC Program runs every Saturdays morning from 9-11am in January and Feburary. It is a program for students to help other students with special needs. For these monthes, their theme is yoga. The program this time was held at Cedar Hill (Address: 100 Peachtree Rd, Lyons, NJ 07920) and the program was split into two parts: yoga and arts & crafts.Our members had helped students through warm up, by demonstrating to them how to do yoga pose and also encouraged them throughout the program.
