On January 6, 2025, the AYLUS volunteers gathered at the PCA storage. A significant part of the day’s task was to bring in and properly store the new purchases made specifically for the festival. These new items, which ranged from decorations to festival supplies, were crucial for ensuring a vibrant and authentic celebration of Lunar New Year. The first step was to carefully unload everything and bring it into the storage area. AYLUS volunteers quickly formed an efficient assembly line, bringing the items into the warehouse and placing them in designated sections. Some volunteers focused on unpacking the decorations, while others handled smaller items, such as paper goods, signage, and craft supplies for the event’s various interactive booths.Once everything was inside, the team began the process of sorting and organizing. They worked systematically to ensure that every item had a specific place. Throughout the day, the volunteers displayed remarkable teamwork, moving quickly but carefully.
