Chapel Hill Branch Restocks and Maintains the Little Library on Dec. 24, 2024

On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, AYLUS Chapel Hill members volunteered to restock and maintain the little library we installed this past summer. The little library is located at Bolin Creek Trail, near the Gene Strowd Community Rose Garden. It is a wonderful way to foster community and encourage a love for reading. We collected various genres and types of books in good condition, aiming for a diverse selection, including fiction, non-fiction, children’s, young adult, and adult books. This ensures there’s something for everyone who visits the library. Restocking the little library is not just about adding books; it’s about creating a space where people can share their love for reading and connect with their community. We hope to visit the little library regularly to keep it well-stocked and attract more readers.

Volunteers who participated in this event are Shuang (1 hour) and Eric Sun (1 hour).

This event lasted from 4 PM to 5 PM on 12/24/2024.
