Event 33: Spreading Warmth and Joy- Holiday Textile Donation for Helping Hands NPO in December 2024

The Aylus Morris Branch collected an impressive variety of textiles and holiday items for their drive, which were delivered to Helping Hands on December 19th and 20th at 3 PM each day. The donations included 16 pieces of bedding sheets, 12 winter coats, 2 bags of Christmas plates, and 4 Christmas table toppers. These contributions not only provided practical essentials like warm clothing and bedding but also added a festive touch with the holiday-themed items.

The bedding sheets and winter coats were especially timely, offering warmth and comfort to families facing the challenges of the colder months. Meanwhile, the Christmas plates and table toppers added a cheerful holiday spirit, allowing recipients to enjoy the festive season with a sense of celebration and togetherness. Each donated item reflected the thoughtfulness and generosity of the community members who participated in the drive.

These carefully chosen items showcased the Aylus Morris Branch’s commitment to making a well-rounded impact, meeting both the functional and emotional needs of those in need. By delivering the donations directly to Helping Hands, they ensured that every piece would bring warmth, joy, and hope to families during the holiday season.
