On October 25 2024, Aylus Greater Buffalo branch, in partnership with Bridges from Boarders and Buffalo Chess Association, launched BFB#OneWorldChessClub. The program aims to promote diversity, inclusion, and friendships among people of different ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities through the game of chess. This program is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals, especially immigrants and refugees, can connect, learn from each another, and build lasting relationship through the shared experience of playing chess. The following Aylus members volunteered to teach chess for 15 participants from various background on Oct. 25, 2024 at 7PM to 9PM
