We needed many PreK-4 books for our 7th library in Kenya. To help gather 1,000 Prek-4 English books, we posted flyers on social media for book donations. Many generous friends and neighbors responded, and we picked up their book donations. We are excited to announce that we have collected 1,000 PreK-4 books and are ready to ship them to the Kings Centre Maeni Library in Kenya.
Shipping books to Africa can be lengthy, typically four months to a year. Earlier this year, a flood in Kenya delayed our shipment to Mungore Girls School by six months, but thankfully, our books remained dry and safe. We are committed to continuing this important work!
