On the evening of October 25, 2024, four AYLUS Pearland volunteers assisted at the Pearland Hops and History event at Vallensons Brewery. They managed the welcome desk, handled guest check-ins, distributed tokens and flashlights, and provided directions. The event featured a guided historical tour of Old Settler’s Cemetery, with actors portraying historical figures who shared stories upon guests’ arrival. Volunteers led guests to the cemetery, creating a memorable experience that blended history and community engagement for both attendees and volunteers.
