Event Description: On Sunday, October 6th, from 9:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., AYLUS Saratoga members participated in a volunteering event at RAFT (Resource Area For Teaching). This event was at RAFT’s San Jose location.
At the event, volunteers were able to separate items necessary for production of new “learning kits”, and also create materials out of recycled donations. Volunteers were also able to reorganize products displayed on the “floor”, or shopping area, making the accessibility of items much easier. Most products were shipped items bought from education companies, or donations from companies.
