On October 19th, 2024, Murrieta AYLUS cleaned their adopted park.
They began around the sidewalks, cleaning along the bushes and the walkway and finding a few discarded plastics. After taking a circle around, the volunteers found various cups and tissues along the playground, picking them up and also finding smaller wrappers and other trash. The volunteers also passed over the parking lot areas, finding some discarded bottles covered in ants. Deciding that the recycling money wasn’t worth the trouble, the bottles and other trash were all thrown away.
