As the colder months approach, The Morris Branch members partnered with Help4All to organize a blanket drive. This supports our local shelter and ensures that people in need can stay warm and comfortable during the harsh winter. Many individuals and families are facing challenging circumstances and a simple donation of blankets can provide relief and warmth during these cold months. We kindly asked around our neighborhood for new or gently used blankets of all sizes to be donated. Every contribution helps bring warmth to someone’s life, so please consider donating and making a difference in our community.
We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to the generosity of our community, we have collected a total of 20 blankets/quilts and 10 pillows to donate to our local shelter. These items will provide warmth and comfort to individuals and families in need, especially as the colder months approach. Your donations have made a meaningful difference, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone’s support. While this is a fantastic start, we encourage continued donations, as every additional blanket can help bring warmth to someone’s life.
