Chapel Hill Branch Hosts Donation Drive for Hurricane Victims on October 5, 2024

On Saturday, October 5th, members of the Chapel Hill branch teamed up with over 50 Asian organizations in the Triangle area to host a donation drive for victims of Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina. The turnout was fantastic, with community members donating essential items like canned food, water, and blankets. We also collected specific supplies to ensure those affected received the help they needed. This event truly demonstrated the strength of unity, as everyone came together to support our community during this challenging time. The organizers expressed gratitude to all participants and are excited for future collaborative efforts.
