Status: NEW

On July 7th, 2024, three students from Amador Valley High School founded the 162th branch of the Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS): Tri-Valley, CA

Founders: Matthew Sun, Nicole Sun, Pranay Chopra

Description of Tri-Valley Branch:

The AYLUS Tri-Valley Branch was established to unite, empower, and inspire young people in high school who are enthusiastic about giving back to their communities. We think that performing community service is a great opportunity to learn, develop, and improve the world in addition to giving back. We envision a future where a network of high school students will be actively engaged in tackling the issues facing both local and global communities and acquire the knowledge, morals, and worldview necessary to become change agents. Our branch will offer a rich set of exciting activities and programs ranging from participating in food banks and drives to fight against hunger, picking up trash to help protect the environment, and providing enlightening lessons to young students just to name a few. Regardless of what community issues you are passionate about, we will provide an option for you to lend your time, expertise, and passion. Come check us out and email trivalleyaylus@gmail.com if you are interested!
