Mission

Our branch’s mission is to support the community of North Hollywood through community service, while also teaching student volunteers the importance of engaging in work that helps those in need. We will connect many students of all backgrounds and interests to volunteering opportunities in our area. We will work on projects that include fundraising, clothing drives, toy drives, homeless shelter assistance, and other various projects that we will effectively implement as our branch grows. Using these projects, we hope to directly improve the community and create a driven environment for students to be able to participate, lead, and take initiative in their own community service. Our members will participate in meaningful work and gain crucial skills as a result, including leadership, time management, and teamwork. Together, we will embody AYLUS’s core values of leadership, integrity, and innovation to build a stronger community for both our students and those we impact.
