Description of Malden, MA

The Malden AYLUS branch will focus on the main goal of supporting the community of Malden and the ones surrounding it and strive to build leaders in our communities and school lives to further our experiences. We will be doing so by giving back to the community that had raised us. By doing what we love, we will support them back through our hobbies which include but are not limited to sports, arts, volunteering services, and more. We will not only be supporting the community of Malden, but the school lives of students within the high school. Malden High is unfortunately underfunded so we hope to help the school in many ways, one being to help the school cover for things that normally would be covered by them. For example, AP exams, which are normally covered by the school, need to be paid for by students out of pocket. We strive to be a helping hand that the community around us can rely on and reach their hands out for help.
