The GreenvilleNC branch joined local organizations and built a food sculpture made of cans at Greenville Mall to raise awareness about National Hunger Action Month and help combat hunger in Pitt County. During the event, volunteers shared information about the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina to encourage donations from local residents.
