On September 22nd, 2024, Murrieta AYLUS lent a hand to local senior centers.
After arriving, the volunteers helped the residents work out and stretch out their limbs to get their blood flowing. Doing various small and large scale exercises, the residents slowly woke up to get the morning started. After exercise, the weather became warmer, so the residents were taken outside to enjoy the sunshine and take walks. The volunteers served snacks and juice while taking the residents around the courtyard, before playing some kickball together for some more exercise. Afterwards, the residents were taken to lunch.
