In the early morning on September 14th, 2024, a group of volunteers from the ALYUS helps the special needs at the DCFC church.

In the beginning of the program, we sang, danced and learned about alpha and omega. We listened to stories and knew that God created us all. And also encourage them to stand up for themselves when others are making you uncomfortable, like telling them to stop or give you some space. Then we play board games while the special needs can ask appropriate questions when it’s their turn, also learning to communicate with others without asking private questions. Lastly, we set up the tables and have lunch.

Volunteers learn to work together by providing support and service to the special needs while keeping their own privacy and learn to communicate with them, leading them to ask more proper questions.
