Event 16: Fundraising in August 2024 to support under represented group through teaching children lessons

Members of the Morris AYLUS Branch devoted their time to fundraise for under represented individuals.

Our members believe in the power of education to transform lives. By teaching community kids to fundraise for underprivileged children, we instill values of empathy, responsibility, and social awareness. It’s about building a compassionate community where everyone contributes to lifting others up, ensuring that all children have access to the opportunities they deserve. Through this initiative, we aim to create a cycle of giving and learning that empowers both the children we teach and those we support. In August, members spread the word through the community and aligning schedules to teach children various sports, arts, and other activities. During August, members conducted couple of tennis lessons, each lesson a warmup, footwork, practice and playing time.
