Greater Memphis Sell Lemonade for RIP program

On August 17, 2024, the following members volunteered at a lemonade sale for the Tennessee’s Regional Intervention Program (RIP), raising funds to support the program’s initiatives. Their efforts contributed to helping children and families in need of behavioral interventions. Through the lemonade sale, the volunteers not only supported a good cause but also gained valuable experience in teamwork, communication, and service to the community.

For the volunteers, this experience was both fulfilling and educational, offering insights into the importance of giving back and working together to make a positive impact. By contributing their time, they helped foster a sense of community and responsibility, while gaining personal growth and a deeper understanding of the value of charitable work.

Each member received the following volunteering hours:

  • Sophie Zhan: 3 hours
  • Amira Zhan: 3 hours
  • Julianna Liu: 2.5 hours
  • Emily Liu: 3 hours
  • Phoebe Miao: 3 hours
  • Abbie Miao: 3 hours
  • Ellen Wu: 2.5 hours
