AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Volunteers at ALFC Generosity Center August 31, 2024

On August 31, 2024, the ALFC Generosity Center witnessed an unprecedented turnout as youth volunteers from the AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch gathered for a day of service. A total of 36 dedicated students participated, making this the largest volunteer group in the history of the food bank activities. This event was particularly notable for the inclusion of four new volunteers, further expanding the reach and impact of the AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch.

The volunteers began their work at 7:30 AM and continued until 12:30 PM, distributing canned food to those in need. Their collective efforts ensured that the distribution ran smoothly, reflecting the strong teamwork and dedication of the group. The volunteers worked diligently throughout the morning, and their contributions were greatly appreciated by the organizers.

The student volunteers included Yangxuezhe Sun, Zejun Ding, Qiaoyan Peng, Yixuan Yuan, Yanya Chen, Cynthia Shen, Minghao Shi, Angelynne Zhu, Zhengdao Lu, Angela Ping, Ivan Fu, Xinnuo Huang, Waiki Hou, Zhu Zhu, Haoyu Zhang, Yuandun An, Yuanyi An, Shuyu Yan, Hanxuan Feng, Hao Hua Feng, Han Jun Ma, Matthew Pang, Katherine Yan, Chengzhuo Ye, Zikang Li, Yanru Su, Sicheng Lu, Lingnai Yang, Jiaman Ni, Jiapeng Ni, Yuxuan Huang, Yuzhu Jin, Weiyan Qi, Yi Wang, Junhe Zhang, Zhiwei Lin, and Junzuo Chen. Among them, Yangxuezhe Sun contributed three hours of service, while the other volunteers each contributed six hours.

The successful completion of the tasks underscored the dedication and teamwork of the volunteers. The organizers commended them for their hard work, and the volunteers felt a strong sense of accomplishment, knowing they had made a meaningful contribution to their community.
