On August 17, 2024, the Aylus Pearland Branch successfully hosted a book drive to benefit the local library. Aimed at gathering new and gently used books, the event attracted enthusiastic community participation and resulted in the collection of over 500 books across diverse genres and age groups. Volunteers were instrumental in organizing, sorting, and delivering these books, which will now enrich the library’s collection and bolster its educational programs. This initiative not only provided essential resources for readers but also highlighted the community’s dedication to promoting literacy and supporting local education.
On August 26, 2024, the collected books were delivered to the local library.
