On August 17th 2024, AYLUS African Library team members gathered at Fedex shipping center and got ready to ship 20 boxes to the port of New Orleans. These boxes will be loaded into a giant container on a ship. After that, it will take a month to get to a port of Africa. Then ALP’s African local partners will arrange a 18 wheeler truck to send the container to Teyateyaneng Combined English Medium School in Lesotho, the final destination. The long journey will take about 3-4 months. Our team members unloaded 20 boxes to carried them to Fedex shipping center. We took a final pictures with 20 boxes of books and made best wishes for them. We wished them a safe journey to Lesotho and wished them to bring wisdom to the children in Lesotho.
