Frisco & Plano Branch member Kevin Dong’s family generously donated large rolls of cloth to Aylus for various charitable projects, such as creating art crafts for fundraising and making toys for animal shelters. On August 17th, our volunteers prepared these rolls of cloth for further distribution and processing.

First, we placed the large roll of cloth on the floor and carefully unrolled it. Next, we cut the fabric into six-foot sections. After cutting, we folded each section lengthwise to narrow its width, and then folded it again to achieve a manageable size. In the final step, we stacked the folded pieces into organized, large packs.

Now, the cloth is prepared for distribution to the talented Aylus team members, who will transform it into creative artworks!

Volunteers:

Karen Li (Event leader): 3 hours

Camilla Gu: 3 hours

Li Wan (Supervising parents): 2 hours
