On July 24, 2024, Pearland volunteers conducted a bucket drumming session for adults with special needs at GiGi’s Playhouse Houston. Seven participants enjoyed the lesson, which began with a review of previous material. They then drummed along to a song and played the “Red, Yellow, Green” game. Later, participants took turns leading a pattern while the others followed. After the lesson, the volunteers handed out stickers and took photos with the participants. The session was highly engaging for everyone involved.
