In the early morning of July 20, 2024, AYLUS Pearland volunteers gathered at the Pearland Recreation Center to organize a fundraiser for the city’s second inclusive park. They set up a booth to sell twist balloons, offer face painting, and distribute stickers, backpacks, and protein shake containers donated by a warehouse.
In exchange for a free booth, volunteers also assisted at the welcome desk. The event was a success, raising $80 for the inclusive park.
