In the evening of July 20, 2024, the AYLUS robotics class was hosted in the Old Pearland Library with 7 students and 6 AYLUS teachers attending it. The students were split into 2 groups of 3 and 4 and were given a Spike Prime set to use. 6 blocks were made and the students’ assignment was to detect the color and push it a certain distance according to the color. The 2 groups made their robots and coded them after the instructions were explained. In conclusion, the event was a success as most students learned about the topics.
