On July 18, 2024, Pearland volunteers taught a bucket drumming session to teens with special needs at GiGi’s Playhouse Sugarland. Seven participants enjoyed the lesson, which began with a review of previous material. They then drummed along to a song and played the “Red, Yellow, Green” game. Toward the end, each participant took turns leading a pattern while the others followed. The session was highly engaging for everyone involved.
