On July 12th, RCA members returned to volunteer at the Discovery Shop, an antique thrift store associated with the American Cancer Society. The proceeds from the sale of donated items help support the ACS’s operations and research. The members relocated CDs, books, and DVDs to new bookshelves. They steamed many of the donated clothes, placed them on the sales rack, added price tags, and organized them in small boxes. Additionally, they assisted with a new furniture donation that arrived that day.
