On July 17 AYLUS Pearland members volunteered at the first Chinese Culture Events at a local daycare school. Two volunteers played the traditional chinese music instrument- PiPa, and opened the event. It was so impressive. Other volunteers hosted booths of photos wearing traditional chinese costume, culture presentation, chinese food presentation, paper cutting, calligraphy. Kiddos liked to have their name written in Chinese. There were more than 100 attendees, from 2 years old students to the older teachers, everyone had fun, were so excited, and left with full hands of gifts and incredible memories.
