On July 3, 2024, the AYLUS Upper Manhattan Branch demonstrated its commitment to community service by volunteering at a local food pantry held at St. Peter’s Haven. Among the dedicated volunteers were Enxu Jiang and Kevin Chen, who generously donated their time and efforts from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., contributing four hours to this noble cause.
The day began with a sense of purpose and enthusiasm as Enxu and Kevin arrived at St. Peter’s Haven, ready to make a difference in the lives of those in need. The primary tasks at hand were food distribution and sorting, essential activities that would ensure the smooth operation of the food pantry.
Enxu and Kevin worked diligently to sort through the generous donations of non-perishable food items.
