Throughout the weekend, members of the Chapel Hill Branch volunteered to craft handmade gifts for KTH cancer care kits. Kits to Heart is an organization dedicated to providing cancer patients with these special care kits, in hopes of lifting their spirits during difficult times. Their packages consist of a variety of handmade goods by volunteers, but we mainly focused on providing cute heart pillows and cloth masks. We hope that our carefully hand sewn crafts will brighten the patients’ day, as well as give them strength. We look forward to continuing this tradition!
