On July 5th, 2024, the AYLUS Pearland Branch, in collaboration with the Pearland Chinese
Association, successfully organized the 8th Annual College Forum. The event aimed to support
the Pearland community in navigating the college application process by providing expert advice
and tips.
Organizers and Partnership: The forum was hosted by Alexander Sun and William Sun, who
partnered with the Pearland Chinese Association to bring together speakers from prestigious
schools. This partnership ensured a comprehensive session on crafting strong college
applications.
Event Structure: The forum began with a structured segment where hosts addressed pre-
prepared questions collected from the public. This was followed by an engaging open Q&A
session, allowing attendees to interact directly with the panelists and gain personalized insights.
Overall, the forum was a huge success with a good turnout of participants and significant
knowledge shared throughout the forum.
