On May 31, 2024, the AYLUS Auburn Branch volunteered at the Food Bank of East Alabama from 9 am to 12 pm. We asssisted in orangizing frozen raw meat and sorting snacks. We are grateful for the volunteer opportunity provided by the Food Bank of East Alabama. It was a joyful experience to be able to help.
Our group also collected 89 lbs. of food from homes and the local Asian Supermarket (3750 Pepperell Pkwy, Opelika, AL 36801) and donated it to the Food Bank of East Alabama.
Our members who volunteered at the food bank are Annie Bao (3 hours), Will Bao (3 hours), and Victoria Choo (3 hours).
