On Sunday, May 26th, 2024, two members of AYLUS Chapel Hill Branch volunteered to assist Charles House by collecting flowers donated by the local Trader Joe’s store. These beautiful blooms were then delivered to Charles House, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to eldercare and supporting individuals with dementia. Situated at the Carol Woods Retirement Community, Charles House strives to enhance the lives of seniors. Next Monday, the seniors will utilize these vibrant flowers for an art craft activity. We sincerely hope that these blossoms will bring smiles and joy to the lives of our community members. We hope to continue our unwavering commitment to supporting the well-being of elders, and we eagerly anticipate future collaborations.
