In the afternoon of May 18th, 2024, volunteers from AYLUS Pearland joined forces with Jeremiah Italian Ice to organize a fundraising event. Positioned adjacent to the Jeremiah Italian Ice shop, volunteers set up an interactive stand offering plant sales, face painting, and captivating balloon art for the enjoyment of visitors. Skilled young artists adorned children’s faces with vibrant flowers, rainbows, and a variety of animals, eliciting joy from both the youngsters and their parents. Meanwhile, youth members passionately promoted activities provided by other local non-profit organizations, such as the Light and Salt Association and Pearland My Play Club, effectively raising awareness about their substantial community impact.
