Volunteers collaborate with educators and students each Sunday to create a safer and more effective learning environment. We support educators in providing for the needs of their students so that they are not overburdened with work. In order to improve the comfort and safety of the learning environment for our students, we also interact with them. We must make sure that every student receives the same attention and treatment. It is a crucial component of the TA role.
