AYLUS volunteers contributed their time and language abilities at the local Chinese school, and assisted the teachers with handing out papers, grading tests, and helping out students. Some served as teachers assistants, while others marked attendance. This drastically reduced the workload and stress from adults. Classroom assistance involves helping with educational materials and managing classroom dynamics, while front desk help includes organizing schedules and communicating with parents and students.
