On April 18, 2024, a dedicated team of AYLUS Pearland members lent their time and energy to support the Keep Pearland Beautiful (KPB) Gala and Recycled Fashion Show, extending their assistance to the event’s guests. Promptly arriving before 5 pm, the volunteers underwent brief training before gracefully attending to the needs of the attendees table by table during dinner service. Following the culinary delight, the evening unfolded with an awe-inspiring recycled fashion show, where imaginative creations fashioned from a myriad of recycled materials, including Amazon packing bags and used telephone lines, took center stage. As they marveled at the innovative designs, the volunteers found fulfillment in both their service and contribution to the community.
