During the weekend, members of the AYLUS Chapel Hill branch dedicated their time to baking delicious homemade cookies for seniors. Our volunteers whipped up batches of cookies in their own kitchens, then packed each one in individual bags for convenient distribution. We will deliver these cookies to MOW, which is a program created to help alleviate hunger among senior citizens. We sincerely hope that our cookies made with love will provide them not only a tasty treat, but happiness as well.
Volunteers who participated in this event are Andrew Zhao (6 hrs), April Zhang (6 hrs), Andrew Zhong (6 hrs), Joann Wang (4 hrs), and Nicholas Wang (1.5 hrs packaging)
