On February 23rd, volunteers from AYLUS Pearland offered to donate trays of cultural
food (both homemade and store bought), to Dawson’s Asian Culture Club. These Asian
dishes consisted of sesame seeds and bean paste, stir-fried noodles, tofu japchae with
mushrooms, etc., and were sold alongside a variety of boba and Yakult, as well as other
common Asian snacks.
These dishes were warmly welcomed at Lunar Fest and earned lots of tickets towards
Asian Culture Club. Volunteers also helped work at food and game booths, making the
success of this event possible!
